To express teachers' opinion views and attitude to education a literary monthly journal titled 'Sikshya Pradeep' is being printed and supplied to all the secondary schools of the state free of cost and suggestions are invited from them. It acts as the mouth piece of the OSSTA. The distribution of free literature sending circulars to teaching community with a view to educations them has its intrinsic worth which can not be measured in terms of money or matter. The mandate in the constitution of OSSTA has been fulfilled to some extent.
